I build full-stack products that integrate LLMs, agent orchestration, and audio ML. As a Founding Software Engineer at Spyglass, I own the full product lifecycle: engineering, product design, UI/UX, developer experience, and project management. We're building an AI-powered tool for founder-led sales from the ground up.

Experience
7+ years building full-stack products, AI systems, and production infrastructure across startups and enterprise.
I wore a lot of hats. Beyond full-stack engineering, I owned product design, UI/UX, developer experience, and project management.
One of my more technically involved projects was building a performance-critical answering machine detection system using fine-tuned WavLM and SetFit. It hit 95% accuracy, which is twice as accurate as Twilio's native solution and five times faster.
I also built custom RAG pipelines, document processing systems, and agent orchestration layers, and shipped a concurrent VOIP power dialer with an optional AI voice agent (Twilio + ElevenLabs) and a real-time script assistant powered by Gemini.
On the tooling side, I built an MCP-based Slack bot as a secondary frontend and extended MCP support across all user-facing features.
In the early days, I built a Snowflake data governance platform handling RBAC, access requests, and functional roles for enterprise clients. When the company pivoted away from data governance, I rebuilt the entire product from scratch.
I was the primary full-stack contributor as the company grew from $50k to $1.7M ARR.
I took the founder's MVP tour builder and turned it into a polished, scalable production app, then built a Chrome extension from scratch that made tour creation ten times faster. I also designed and built the customer-facing analytics and observability system. I also helped hire and onboard new engineers as the team grew.
I was brought on as a contractor and hired full-time based on my work there. I led the integrations API team at a multinational staffing platform serving 150,000 clients and 1.7 million users.
I improved cross-system reliability by diagnosing and resolving data inconsistencies between black-box vendor systems, and built mass SMS, email, and resume distribution systems used daily by several hundred internal recruiters.
I started as an intern and was brought on full-time. I designed and built a system for remotely and securely accessing homes, built SMS-based access workflows using Node.js and Twilio, maintained MLS ingestion pipelines, and improved their sync reliability and service availability.
